From feeding campaigns to hospital outreaches — every project is a mission to create brighter futures through collective action and compassion.
Our very first major welfare outreach brought an entire team of passionate volunteers to the Guardian Angel's Motherless Babies Home in New Haven, Enugu State. We arrived with hearts full of love and hands full of gifts.
The day was filled with games, music, dancing with the children, food donations, clothing distributions, and warm human connection — reminding every child in that home that they are seen, valued, and deeply loved.
Our flagship annual programme — a powerful partnership between McRelish Meals & Catering Services and the Smiles On Their Faces Foundation. The mission: deliver 1,000 meals of hope to people in hospitals and on the streets — providing food, care and encouragement to those in need.
Launched on World Children's Day, 20th November 2025, the programme united youth volunteers, a corporate partner, and a shared belief: your kindness can change a story. Ambassadors in branded "A Thousand Meals of Hope" t-shirts loaded food bags and hit the streets and hospital corridors, distributing warm meals and love.
The programme was also featured on ABS Good Morning Anambra, amplifying its message across the state.
On 19th October 2024, our foundation carried love and tangible support to patients at Okwe General Hospital, Asaba, Delta State. This outreach was driven by a simple truth: healing is not just physical — it requires emotional support, community, and the knowledge that someone cares.
Our team visited multiple wards, sat with patients, paid outstanding hospital bills for families who couldn't afford treatment, and distributed essentials — bringing light into some of the hardest moments people face.
On 15th November 2025, SOTFF Ambassadors visited the Special School of Visually Impaired at the Special Education Centre, Orji River, Enugu State — bringing not just love and encouragement, but purpose-built, life-changing items for students who are blind or visually impaired.
The team donated guiding canes for mobility, K92 FM recorders for audio learning, brain machine headsets for cognitive engagement, chess sets for mental development, foodstuffs, and more. Every item was chosen with the specific needs of visually impaired students in mind.
This outreach stands as one of the Foundation's most thoughtful and impactful projects — reaching a community that is often overlooked, with exactly what they need.
Founder Ukaegbu Gideon launches the foundation with a bold mission — creating a brighter future through collective action and compassion.
